Shipping Policies
Low cost shipping is made possible using US Priority Mail Flat Rate or US Parcel Post.
USPS (Post Office) Priority Mail delivers in 2 - 4 days
USPS Parcel Post delivers in 3 -6 days
Overnight Delivery not provided unless arranged in advance over the phone.
Priority Mail has a tracking number that we provide when we ship. We send you an email when the order label is printed. Parcel Post provides confirmation code which acts a little differently. Otherwise we prefer USPS because of Saturday delivery and they don't charge us fuel surcharges like the other companies.
FedEx and UPS are provided as additional methods, please specify which you prefer.
Large Packages
Some packages may be too large to economically ship. Not all products that are "oversized" on the website are designated as such. Any package larger than 25" x 25" x 25" will start to cost more. Shipping up-charges may apply and will not exceed 40% of the original shipping charge unless agreed to.
All Packages
Every item we ship comes with a free gift as our way of saying thank you. A packing list and return instructions will be enclosed as well.
Refused Packages
As we incur unrecoverable costs when shipping product, all refused packages will incur a "refused package fee" of $25 which will be deducted from the non expiring Gift Card (refund)

Some items you order may come from alternate warehouses.
Some orders may arrive on different days in different packages.
